★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is an excellent and the host always available. Accommodated all of my needs and was able to provide extra days that I needed. I wished I had stayed longer. The place is amazing. I definitely would stay there again!
★ ★ ★ ★ ★I visited Birmingham on a work trip, this place was perfect for my needs -- close to the airport but very convenient to downtown Birmingham too. Everything is exactly as pictured, and is very clean and comfortable. Communication was easy. I would absolutely stay again.

Stayed 3 nights in July 2026 at this Avondale Triplex property. I enjoyed my stay in the Avondale Haven Unit of the Triplex. The unit was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Kathleen was a great host and communicator. I was impressed with Porchlit Properties and plan to stay in their rentals again in the future.

Adorable little house in a quiet community. The host is very responsive and answers very quickly with any questions you might have about her property. Very clean and was a very comfortable stay! Would highly recommend to any small family traveling with a small pet!

Kathleen is a perfect host and always responds quickly. The location is perfect for me close to family and ball fields and walking in the park. I feel very safe and love the accommodations. Beds are comfortable and the shower is perfect!
