The two cozy bedrooms have a full size bed in each and the living room has a sofa bed.
The property sleeps a total of 5 guests.
Laundry room is shared with the unit next door.
The location is perfectly located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach! It is within walking distance to the beach as well as many local bars and restaurants. Whether you seek relaxation, adventure, or simply a serene escape from the everyday, Island Bliss II is the perfect place for you. You can indulge on ice cream at IRB creamery, enjoy an afternoon cocktail at Salt Public House, or go sit on the patio and enjoy seafood at The Original Crabby Bills. AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
