One block from Beach. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment BTR #2197

We could not have had a better experience staying at this property. It was spacious, well-furnished, comfortable, and clean. It was also decorated with thoughtfulness and charm, which made it feel like a home. The location is wonderful--it's a safe, quiet neighborhood just a little more than a block from the beach, and less than a block from restaurants, shops, and more. My family and I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our family beach vacation. There was so much room for the 3 of us. The living area felt very home-like, the kitchen was clean and the front balcony was so nice to sit on in the morning and watch pickleball. There is a playground and ton of pickleball courts right across the street. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. Plenty of restaurants nearby and down the strip. Awesome coffee shop called the Grove close by and ice cream at the IRB creamery! My husband played the guitar in the living room daily. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place just off the beach, that is clean and feels like you’re at home. The host communication was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Warm spacious, accommodations in a perfect location. Close to the beach and several bars/restaurants within walking distance. The house was clean and well-equipped. Located across the street from a baseball field and pickle-ball court, providing a friendly family feel to the neighborhood. Beautiful neighborhood for morning walks. Close to clearwater and short drive to Phillys Spring training games.

Stayed 6 days, easy walk to the beach,restaurants and bars. Not much room outside to sit but fairly quiet.
