BTR #2145. Welcome to the ultimate beach retreat in Indian rocks beach. Our Island Bliss II is a true gem nestled right in the middle of Indian Rocks Beach. You cant beat the location.
This property has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and it accommodates a total of 6 guests. It features a total of 900 sq ft and ample room for relaxation.
As you step inside, Island Bliss II welcomes you with three inviting bedrooms and one well-appointed bathroom. The first bedroom has a Queen size bed, second bedroom has a full size bed and third bedroom has a full size bed.
The living room is spacious and has an extra large sectional with a smart tv.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and an island for seating for 3 guests.
The location is unbeatable, you are walkind distance to a ton of restaurants and a 2 mnt walk to the public beach access on 15th Ave,
Whether you seek relaxation, adventure, or simply a serene escape from the everyday, Island Bliss II is the perfect place for you.
The location is perfectly located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach! It is within walking distance to the beach as well as many local bars and restaurants. Whether you seek relaxation, adventure, or simply a serene escape from the everyday, Island Bliss II is the perfect place for you. You can indulge on ice cream at IRB creamery, enjoy an afternoon cocktail at Salt Public House, or go sit on the patio and enjoy seafood at The Original Crabby Bills. You can also grab a coffee and a croissant at Café de Paris Bakery and go for an early morning stroll on the beach. This location offers both the relaxation of the beach and entertainment close by for your enjoyment!

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

This was a great place to stay...but there were some missing items. The rental agency was super responsive and they delivered the items.The yard is shared with another unit...which was a surprise for sure!

Our stay at Island Bliss was great! An easy 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants close by. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will consider staying here again with beachtime rentals.
