The guest bedroom also has a king bed and an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. The bunk room is smaller, but perfect for kids or extra guests! The kitchen is fully equipped and located next to the open dining and living area, perfect for hosting family dinners. Parking for 2 vehicles is located in the driveway, along with overflow parking by the common pool areas.

Gated community located between Highway 98 and Scenic beach road 98. Walking distance to Kenny D's and Captain Daves Restaurants and the new Dollar General store behind the neighborhood on HIghway 98.
