About this house rental
3 miles to Disney. Hosted by the Gibson sisters, “Blue Belle” is an all-inclusive experience; early check-in & late check out every time. No charge for using the grill & the pool area is gorgeous. We provide paper products & cleaning supplies. No need to strip beds at the end of your stay, just lock up & go! Sleep well on crisp hotel linens & luxury mattresses. Enjoy our fully stocked coffee/tea bar. Come relax & experience the Gibson Girl difference.
The space
The Blue Belle has been appointed with stunning black and white imported Italian marble floors in the common areas and bathrooms. The bedrooms are all hardwood floors. The grand staircase features a "Rifle Paper Co" runner. The lighting is Visual Comfort and Kate Spade. Each bedroom has an overhead fan. The Kitchen has an Ilve gas range and a Fisher & Paykel refrigerator. There is also a wine cooler. The main floor features 4 bedrooms all with King beds. the upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a lounge area. The formal dining table seats 8, the kitchen table seats 6 and the bar seats 5. The pool area has dining for 12 and 4 loungers for sun bathing. We have a pack and play available as well as a high chair. The home is not baby proofed all children must be supervised. The pool doors are all alarmed with a button that must be pressed to enter pool area. The Blue Belle will be decorated for major holidays. Every bedroom has a smart TV with Roku.
Please note, the community does not allow any trailers or RV vehicles to park in driveways or on the street.

We have just had the most amazing stay at this beautiful house. From the minute we contacted the owners to ask about availability to the minute we left everything was exceptional. We have stayed in many rented houses/villas over the years and this far surpasses them all in terms of the service we received from the owners and the actual house itself.
The owners were so helpful before we even arrived. Sending us recommendations for how to navigate around the Disney parks (invaluable knowledge) and recommendations for restaurants and other things to do whilst staying at the house. This allowed us to plan our trip from the UK and saved us hours of queuing etc in the Disney parks and meant we really enjoyed our holiday. They replied so quickly to all of my questions and couldn’t have been more helpful.
The house itself is perfect in every way. Beautifully and tastefully decorated and they have thought of everything you might need even down to take away cups for your morning coffee when heading to the parks and tupperware if you want to take snacks with you. The pool was always heated (unlike others we have read about) and is a lovely large area for enjoying some down time after the parks.
We couldn’t believe how close we were to the parks. Just 15 minutes away from door to door, it couldn’t have been easier.
We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back. We loved all the little touches, you

We had a 1 week stay for 9 family and friends with the youngest being 17. Having stayed in many homes in the Formosa neighborhood over the years, we can't recommend this location enough. It is just 5 short minutes to Disney property!
Communication with the property owner was very prompt and accommodating. Best we've ever had!
More than enough rooms as well as bathrooms so everybody had their space and mornings getting ready was a breeze. Very comfortable beds!
Kitchen was beautifully decorated and a great gathering place in the mornings for breakfast and at days end for planning the next day's activities. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and organized with everything you may need and a few beverages and treats awaited us on arrival.
Now the highlights for us were the entry into the house for the first time. Music was playing throughout, which was a great touch and the smell of cleanliness filled our noses. This was by far the cleanest property I can remember throughout the many homes we've stayed at. If cleanliness is important, you won't find a cleaner home!
Overall, this home beat our expectations in many ways. It is spacious, it is well presented, it is well supported by a top notch owner who cares about all the fine details, the pool was refreshing and location, location, location!
Highest of recommendations for your Disney trip. We have already started discussing a return and it will start with the availability of this home!! 18 thumbs up from our entire group!!
