The house is just like the pictures. The AC did break while we were on vacation but the manager got it repaired immediately. A few of the rooms upstairs were very hot and the air did not circulate good even before and after the repair. There was a little dirt and trash by the couch, but I would definitely give this rating a 4.5.

This was home was wonderful. Roomy for all 10 of us! As the description said, minutes from all Disney parks! This time of the year, pool did not need heat added. No real complaints, except home needs a real good cleaning. I would definitely recommend!

Great house, nice location very clean. Kids had plenty of room to play and the big kitchen island was great! Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board available as well. Gated community with security guard was easy to check-in. The private pool was nice. The community is gated and feels very safe. I highly recommend this house!

The good. Secure home, centrally located with enough room for a large family.
The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the pool heat was fabulous. The play room was a favorite of my youngest.
Items that need to be addressed. The carpet needs to be replaced, stained and dingy. Walls need to be repainted or thoroughly wiped down especially in the master water closet. The light globe is broken out in the mater bedroom and the light is out in the front king bedroom. The washing machine sounds like it is going to explode so cannot be used during sleeping hours.
This could be a fabulous rental with just a little TLC.
