Come enjoy the good life in this super cute desert retreat. Inside the home, you will enjoy a spacious master suite, a 2nd guest suite with a 3rd bunk room for kids, and an additional 4th bedroom. As you move to the relaxing outdoor space, you will enjoy a custom pool & spa, built-in BBQ, and a gas fire pit on cool nights. Please inquire on special pricing for long term stays!

The Space:
Inside the home, you will enjoy a spacious master suite, a 2nd guest suite with a 3rd bunk room for kids, and an additional 4th bedroom if you need it! The couch in living room offers a pull-out bed as well. This bright and open floor plan is great for causal days around the house and when entertaining friends and family for the big game or at night! The fully equipped kitchen opens to the great room with a breakfast bar perfect for that morning cup of coffee and hosting house guests! As you move to the relaxing backyard you will enjoy a custom pool & spa, built-in BBQ, and a gas fire pit/feature to sit around and enjoy on cool nights. Enjoy all of the comforts of home with wireless device chargers in every room, smart TVs, and 5G internet access.
Guest access:
Your stay includes use of the community Lifestyle Center with pickle ball, tennis and bocce courts, and community pool & spa. The golf course offers a restaurant and 3 nine hole courses. Each offer a slightly diverse style of golf, while taking full advantage of its majestic surroundings offering the perfect challenge to any caliber of golfer. Throughout your round, you will come across strategically placed bunkers and water coming into play on 15 of the 27 holes. In contrast to most desert courses, hundreds of mature trees line each fairway offering lots of shade on hot days. No membership required, tee times are made by calling the golf shop or booking online.
Other things to Note:
This is a quiet community with full time neighbors. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Any response by security may result in a fine that will be the responsibility of the renter to pay.

We stayed here for 3 nights in April and used it as a base to attend Coachella. We were a family of five plus our dog.The house is situated within a gated golf community and the check in process at the security gate was easy. The house itself was spacious, tastefully furnished, clean and the back garden faces some lovely communal landscaping with a pond. It was very quiet and peaceful and I enjoyed my morning coffee in the back garden. Plenty of cover with the electric shades - a nice touch.The kitchen was well stocked with everyday items, the beds were comfortable and living room seating options were excellent. The pool is very small, more like a plunge sized one, so don't expect any lengths to be completed!If you're looking to book for one of the music festivals, this is what we did. We drove our car down to the community entrance gate and parked there for 20. It was a 30 minute walk from the golf club gates to finally being within the festival grounds (the final bracelet scan and bag security check). If you have a VIP weekend ticket, it will be slightly quicker for you. Walking back with the crowds at 1am, it did take us slightly longer. On the other nights, we got a taxi to drop us off at one of the shared ride drop off points. On our return, we walked back into the gates and hopped on a golf cart, that some of the locals were providing, to take us back to the house. It was tiring but I would book this house again - just be prepared for the walking!

Using VRBO for the last 22 years this one of the better properties we’ve used for a vacation. Very clean, pictures are accurate, close to (walking distance) Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. Great and easy communication with owner/manager. Pictures are accurate. Lotsa extras like charger devices, fully stock
Kitchen utensils and bar area. Pool/spa are relaxing and bicycles are a nice touch. Neighbors are spread apart by natural grass areas. Will book again.
