While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.
Pets are welcome: There is a $150 pet fee.
The pool can be heated for an additional $75 per night.

Great house with plenty of room. Comfy beds with plenty of towels for the pool. It was very close to Coachella if you need it.

This house was more perfect for our large group. So much entertainment, and everything we needed was stocked.

There are actually a number of improvements.
Install screens on your windows to block out mosquitoes and bugs from coming in. Cleaning crew can do a much better job in cleaning restrooms, showers and kitchen sink. The dishwasher had food and forks left behind.Downstairs showers were not working properly.
Lastly, we were never able to access pool heater app.
