Great family home with lots of options for the kids and adults! House was spacious, clean, the games room, outdoor pool and gazebo were great! Location was quiet nestled in a good neighborhood and it was very close to shopping and dining. Our stay was a lot of fun and we would recommend the house to our friends and stay again.
With a few minor tweaks this would be rated a 10. A minor but important point- there was no book explaining the how to do/set up or how things worked for the house. The wifi password was not readily available and I feel the property manager/company (not the owners) was not quick to respond to our concerns.

The inside of the property was clean and what was posted.
The outside of the property was not what was posted. The sauna had a sign that it was not working. The water supply for the pool was not working. The back yard area was not cleaned before our visit. We had to wash down the entire area ourselves. Also the lounge chairs were torn and not clean. The backyard definitely did not look like it did in the photos and the pool was not cleaned as it should have been. Pool guy showed up twice but only put chlorine in the pool but did not clean the pool to get rid of any trash and hair from previous guest
