The access, via a pedestrian path of 100 steps, is rewarded by a breathtaking panoramic view from Le Lavandou to the Ile du Levant.
Nestled in the private domain of Gaou Benat, in a natural and authentic setting, you will spend a peaceful stay in this haven of peace.

This modern villa of 120 m² welcomes you as if you were at home. Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, it offers a large bright living space, two comfortable bedrooms, a dormitory, two functional bathrooms, and a large terrace with a swimming pool with an exceptional view.

- The kitchen, fully equipped and air-conditioned, has a central island for cooking in a friendly atmosphere
- The dining room and the living room, also air-conditioned, open onto the outdoor terrace thanks to large bay windows
- The master bedroom, air-conditioned (bed 160x200), benefits from a private bathroom and a breathtaking view of the bay
- The bedroom on the west side, air-conditioned (bed 140x190), with en-suite bathroom, opens onto a small terrace
- The dormitory, in a row, has two double beds (140x190) on the mezzanine
- Separate toilets

The Gaou Bénat estate
The Gaou Bénat estate is a private and secure estate, offering an exceptional natural setting between the sea and the hills.
• An electric charging station is available in the parking lot, near the tennis courts.
• Enjoy the two private beaches of the estate, accessible in less than 3 minutes by car, with parking on site.
• For lovers of walks, the seaside and the beaches are also accessible on foot in about 20 minutes via the pedestrian paths of the estate, called "Gaou pedestrians".

Activities and services
The estate also offers:
• Tennis courts (membership required) and several petanque courts
• In the summer season:
o A beachside restaurant
o A local grocery store
o A sailing club offering lessons and equipment rental
o A volleyball court

The Gaou Bénat estate is a private estate whose entrance is through a guard post. All the necessary information will be communicated to you before your stay to guarantee a smooth arrival.
For each vehicle, an access card is mandatory and must be collected at the guard post. Its cost is €50, with a deposit of €20, and it will allow you to move freely in the estate for the duration of your stay.
Access to the villa is via a private pedestrian path, comprising about a hundred steps.
• This access is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or health problems.
• It is recommended to favor small to medium size suitcases and bags
