Immaculate accommodation in a great location.

Very clean and modern. Use of washing machine and detergent. Nespresso machine and pods. Dishwasher and detergent. Large terrace. Great position in town. Good communication.

It needs a blind or curtain on the front door, as it is very light at night when using the sofa bed. Parking wasn’t always easy, but we always got somewhere.

The apartment location and quality is great. The service of host could be better.

Great location and distance from the beach/centre (shops, supermarket, restaurants, boulevard etc). Very romantic balconies, but also on the side of the apartment really cozy and quiet at night. The apartment itself was quite good and had everything you could expect. Most importantly: Airconditioning, good kitchen, good bathroom!

The slow response in service and answering on questions was a bit frustrating. The wifi was terrible and at some point even gave strange pages asking us to pay and give credit card info. There was no place to get rid of garbage. Staying for 2 weeks in 30 degrees with trash bags in your kitchen is not ideal. Also we were asked to pay some kind of taxes through a shady website. And lastly we were promised private parking on the property, but in the end were told to just find a spot somewhere in the city. Anything closeby was paid-parking and the free parking was all taken, unless I parked up-the-hill about 1km away from the apartment. I repeatedly asked about the promised parking, but was simply ignored.

A lovely apartment with views, close to the beach, shops & marina.

The apartment is on a small hillside, so you enter one level up from street-level at the back, and have top-floor views from the front over the town & sea. It's a lovely open-plan design, with a practical sitting area at the large kitchen surface. The gallery opening above the sofa/TV area gives a light & roomy feeling, plus there's lots of windows/sliding doors on two sides. Everything was clean & working. It's in the centre of the town, peaceful, close to the beach, shops & supermarket - all easy walking distance. Our host was friendly & helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing apartment 5 mins from the beach and restaurants!

We stayed for three weeks in July with our one year old daughter and this apartment was fantastic! The location is suberb and an easy 5 min walk to the main beach and main shops/ restaurants in LL. While the apartment is in the center of town and the area is lively during the day, its positioned a couple streets off the main promenade so its still quiet at night for good sleep. It was very clean, spacious, very equipped with all the kitchen and bath stuff you need to cook full meals. The beds and pull out bed in the living room were extremely comfortable and the terrace was perfect for evenings. There is good WIFI and AC in the apartment as well. And the host, Antoine, was amazing! He was very responsive and helpful with any and all needs/questions we had and made us feel right at home. We will definitely return!

It was great!

I would highly recommend this property. It is in the city centre + 5 min to the sea + 3 min to a shop to buy some food. Kitchen, sleeping rooms and bathroom were well equipped and when we additionally asked for some item from the owner of the place it was quickly provided. (You can be always in touch via Wattsapp) The apartment was clean and spacious and I could advice it for a family or friends travelling together. What was very important and appreciated by us is that we had a very good air conditioning in every living room during these hot days! Speaking of the owner/host, I would say he is a very friendly and helpful person. His English is good so no language barrier. Being a local, he could advice on the entertainment program and help on many practical points. We rented a nice apartment with a very good service which all together I would rate 10 out of 10. :-)

Ótima opção. Fique muito bem instalado no centro de Le Lavandou!

Apto novo, bem equipado e muito bem localizado. Apto com excelente varandão com mesa de jantar e sofás. O anfitrião forneceu garagem para o carro sem custo.

O apto possui 2 quartos porém só um dos quartos é suite. Para os hospedes do outro quarto usarem o banheiro, precisavam entrar no outro quarto.

Bel appartement, moderne et bien équipé, mais....

Enclavé entre deux rues, l'Insonorisation est inexistante, on subit en permanence les nuisances sonores de la rue, bruits d'escalier, de voisinage, sans parler du groupe extérieur de climatisation qu'il faut couper la nuit si l on veut dormir. A ce propos, la qualité de la literie est médiocre. Dommage, des travaux importants ayant été réalisés dans cette maison ancienne, un peu plus d'attention sur l'insonorisation aurait été un bon investissement. Les propriétaires pourtant présents ne semblent pas se préoccuper du bien être de leurs clients, l'accueil se limite à des explications concernant l'ouverture de la porte. Un simple petit mot de bienvenue aurait été apprécié !

Emplacement idéal, tout est neuf, moderne, confortable et très propre. Liquide vaisselle, pastille lave vaisselle, condiments de base déjà sur place. Possibilité de se garer sur le boulevard gratuitement juste devant l’entrée de l’appartement.

L’appartement manque un peu d’insonorisation, on entend les voisins du dessus monter leur escaliers et la canalisation d’eau de l’appartement du dessus.

Très bel appartement hyper central au Lavandou

Très bel appartement très propre, décoré avec goût et avec des équipements qualitatifs. Belle terrasse avec une vue au loin sur la mer En septembre, assez calme côté terrasse. Emplacement idéal, hyper central: proches de certaines plages à pied, des commerces, restaurants, port. Mise à disposition d'une place de parking à 5 minutes à pied.

-Un peu de bruit côté rue la nuit avec la circulation . Pour la chambre principale, la salle de bain fait office de sas avec la rue.

Appartement très bien équipé et emplacement exceptionnel

L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité du centre, de ses commerces, restaurants et également très proche de la plage. Une place de parking nous a été mise à disposition, nous n’avons pas repris la voiture pendant le séjour. L’appartement est récent et bien équipé. La Clim dans chaque pièce est fortement appréciée. Notre appartement en Rdc disposait d’une grande terrasse, très agréable.

La porte d’entrée est entièrement vitrée donc les personnes qui dorment dans le canapé du salon sont réveillées par le soleil le matin. La terrasse en bois au dessus de la nôtre laisse passer les saletés. Donc lorsque les locataires du dessous font couler de la bière ou laissent tomber des cendres de cigarette, ça atterri sur la table ou le canapé de notre terrasse, dommage.

Si une personne dort sur le canapé du salon il n’y a pas de rideau à la porte d’entrée ni fenêtre de la cuisine ce qui peut être un peu gênant le matin quelques passages un petit peu de vis-à-vis un peu gênant sans rideau sinon tout est impeccable

Boden gefegt aber dreckig, räumliche Aufteilung WC/Dusche (getrennt), relativ hellhörig, Eingangstüre verglast und muss nachts abgedunkelt werden

I cuscini molto duri. La pavimentazione fuori non è funzionale perché ci sono gli spazi e le persone che erano al piano superiore, quando mangiavamo fuori ci buttava la sabbia o la sporcizia che avevano sotto le scarpe

Emplacement idéal et proche de tous commerces Appartement confortable, propre et très bien équipé (me connaissant exigeante c’est vraiment top qu’on puisse trouver du café, du sopalin, du liquide vaisselle, sacs poubelle, etc en arrivant parce qu’on se l’avoue on va pas faire des courses pour quelques jours 😅) Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, machine à café.. La climatisation est partout (salon et chambre) Un vrai plus: lit bébé, table à langer et chaise haute à disposition si vous avez un bébé 😊 Facile de se garer devant gratuitement, nous n’avons pas eu de problème de place (après à voir parce qu’on est en février)

Soggiorno quasi perfetto

Appartamento stupendo, in ottime condizioni e con ogni comfort: forno, forno a microonde, macchinetta del caffè, bollitore, lavastoviglie, due tv, ottimo impianto di aria condizionata, doccia spaziosa, provvisto inoltre di un balcone molto grande, ideale per mangiare fuori e godersi un po’ di relax sulla sdraio. Posizione centrale, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

Personalmente la comunicazione con l’host non è stata delle migliori. Non mi è stata lasciata la password del WiFi per tutti e 5 i giorni del soggiorno (non mi è stato dato il foglio di benvenuto con tutte le informazioni, forse per dimenticanza), mi avevano detto che me l’avrebbero fornita invece non si sono più fatti sentire. Inoltre avevo necessità di avere una fattura delle spese totali alla fine del viaggio e, nonostante il “si, nessun problema” iniziale, non sono stato più contattato, e mi sono dovuto interfacciare direttamente con Booking. Inoltre, mancavano articoli per la pulizia dell’appartamento (aspirapolvere/scopa e paletta) che forse con l’andare e venire dalla spiaggia, sarebbe il caso di lasciare per non calpestare sabbia in casa di continuo.
