About this house rental
Our home is close to the beach (4 min walk), Coast Boulevard shopping centre (supermarket, pub, licenced cafe), Bayfair Shopping Centre (2km), bus routes.
You’ll love our place because it's a light, airy and modern 3 bedroom home in quiet cul-de-sac just minutes walk from the beach. Sunny and modern with outdoor BBQ area.
Our home is good for couples and families (with kids). Due to the proximity of neighbours and a shared drive way access, it is not suitable for groups.
The space: -
A modern comfortable home just a few minutes walk to the beach.
Guest access : -
Laundry with washer + dryer, large working BBQ, outdoor seating. Secure garage.
Other things to note :-
* Our neighbours are close. Please no parties or loud noise after 10pm.
* During longer stays in summer we would love it if you watered the plants!😄

We had a perfect week long holiday at Claire and James' house, they were very quick in responding to messages and the check in with the lockbox was so easy. It was literally 5min walk to the beach. Our kids LOVED the toys, the mega trampoline, the spa and the sandpit. It was a home away from home. We can't wait to go back again next year!

Wonderful property with great facilities. Loved having the pool, spa, trampoline and outdoor living. Lovely modern home and great area, not as busy as the mount which was perfect for us.

The location was perfect. Close to shops beach and amenities. Surrounding neighbors were friendly and we made lots of friends. Lovely cul de sac feel.
Host easy to chat to and available for all we needed. Loved our stay and would stay again!
