Casa Arcos is a spectacular and modern house on the beachfront of the beach Playa Cristal. Its location is ideal near restaurants with direct access to the promenade, due to this it has incredible views of the sea.
The house is modern of high standing with an excellent decoration of great quality, it is fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor we have a large living room, a full bathroom and a fully equipped independent kitchen. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two more full bathrooms. From two of the rooms and a terrace you have perfect views of the entire Playa Cristal.
Casa Arcos is perfect for someone looking for a quiet vacation in a quality home with the best location.
The community of neighbors is quiet and familiar, therefore it is an essential condition to scrupulously respect the community regulations and groups of young people will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Barbecue is not allowed in this house.
You can rent a cot, high chair, barriers for the bed and stairs, stroller. The price consult with agency.
COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, entrances, transit areas, parking areas,...) will be subject to Community regulations and the limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations. It is mandatory to respect the regulations.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
