Villa Dama is a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom villa is situated within 2 minutes walk from the Playa Cristal beach, close to the restaurants and bars. The house counts with private pool, green garden and barbeque area.
The ground floor is composed of living room area connected with open kitchen, and has an access to terrace and barbecue area.
The semi ground level counts with a twin beds dormitory, a guest dormitory and a bathroom. A guest room has an access to a balcony with garden furniture.
The first floor counts with a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and an open terrace. There are the air conditioners in bed rooms.
It is a great place to come with kids, conveniently located in a very calm street, close to the beach and play grounds.
Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 5 min. walking distance from the house. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
