L'apartament està ben situat, a prop de la platja i de serveis bàsics. L'espai de la piscina és agradable i la terrassa de l'apartament també.
El pis no estava net. Vam haver de netejar només arribar, i algunes coses del pis estan deixades. Es una llàstima perquè vam estar incòmodes, dins del pis, tota la setmana.
