The Brown, Guatape, Autograph Collection

great breakfast

When you open a place like The Brown the first impression is the one you keep, the hotel is wonderful but we had a bad welcome at the hotel the lady that check us in did not say hello did not say “ welcome “ and all the checking process was not pleasant she was rude , she is the window of your bussiness i would buy a smile to all the front desk staff , you need it specially with the prices that you practice, and the 2 miles or so to get to the hotel were terrible you can maybe spend some money to ciment that road.
