Terrible!!!!! The staff is like arrogant police. Everything is extra. They charged us to breath. No gym. No pool. No fun. I am Marriott platinum for life. This was worst staff in 25 years!!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE

This place is beautiful. But there’s one thing you should know. the road to get to the Cabanas is very bumpy. Only a small portion of the road is paved. The rest is clay, rocks and pot holes is a little difficult if you are traveling with an elder or if you don’t like bumpy roads, it’s about 10 minutes of this curvy, bumpy road to get to this beautiful place. The cabana where I stayed was a bit rundown, is my understanding that each cabana is privately owned., so mine was very plain and needs care. However the beds were comfortable and place was clean Nevertheless, this is a magical beautiful place, with a stunning view of the mountains & lake. Breakfast was also amazing. If you don’t mind the bumpy road to get there I highly recommend it. Is also very close from the center town of guatape.

Extremely beautiful and fancy. The cabins we rented where perfect for family. the restaurants and food are amazing, the views gorgeous. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only problem we found is that the hotel is part of a resort and share infrastructure with another hotel (the Brown) so it gets confusing what you can use and what you cannt (they share the restaurant for breakfast but you cannt use their swimming pools, etc). Also, the reception desk was under construction and the one they currently have doesnt match the concept of the hotel, is poorly organized. Other than that very recommended.
