1. Perfect for hikers who want to walk the Kumano Kodo trail.
2. Very clean.
3. Food store next to the guesthouse. (Very important for hikers, because if you head for Tanabe along Nakahechi this will be the last shop!)
4. Landlady speaks English well.
1. A little expensive for a guest house, probably due to the location (close to Hongu.)
2. The outlets on the beds don’t work, so you need to use the wall outlets. (Just a little inconvenient if you need to charge your phone over night. )

The property was clean and the shared kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear
The location wasn’t the best as the bus schedule was difficult to get around and it wasn’t a good base to explore the area. The worst thing was the beds were not comfortable. They sagged in the middle, and it could actually feel the springs! When we complained, they put a futon on top of the mattress for us which helped with the springs, but the bed still sagging in the middle. We wouldn’t stay here again.

道の駅がお隣なのでとても良かったです。
洗濯機乾燥機を使用する事が出来とても助かりました。
キッチンが広く自由に使用出来るので快適でした。
前泊の方たちの食材の放置が気になりました。
ベッドのコンセントが使用出来ず不便でした。
使用していないベッドのカバーがシミだらけでそのままで、臭いがしました🌚
自前の消臭スプレーで何とか対処しました。
