Excellent Stay at Apartment Hotel 11 Umeda, Osaka We had a fantastic stay at Apartment Hotel 11 Umeda and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka! We initially had a small issue with an extremely noisy, high-pitched air-conditioning unit. I contacted customer service, and within 30 minutes, the staff arrived to investigate. They discovered that the unit was faulty and, without any fuss, smoothly arranged for us to move to another room on an upper floor in the same building with the same room specification (Thank you, Li). Their quick response, professionalism and genuine helpfulness really impressed us. The room itself was clean, comfortable and cosy. Despite being close to the railway line and the busy Umeda area, the noise was not a problem for us at all, thanks to the triple-glazed windows. The location is excellent—close to shopping centres, food markets, train stations and many attractions. Dotonbori and Osaka Castle are only a few stops away, while Umeda Sky Building is within walking distance. There are also so many restaurants, shops and attractions nearby, making it a very convenient base for exploring Osaka. We especially loved the washing machine in the room, which was a huge bonus for our family during our Japan trip. The complimentary tissues and other essentials available near the lift were also a thoughtful touch—just take what you need! The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy, making everything very convenient. Overall, we had an excellent stay. What really stood out was the supportive and responsive staff, especially how quickly they handled our initial problem and made sure our stay remained comfortable. A great location, clean and cosy rooms, good facilities (although we did ot cook, as there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from) and genuinely helpful staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Osaka!

The rooms were affordable and the location was great.

It took a while to figure out the door code instructions and use the keypad properly. It’s very different in that the enter button must be pressed first then enter the code. It tripped us up for a bit until we figured it out.

I liked to be able to prepare some breakfast in the morning l. I really liked that we could wash our clothes and get them dry by the next day. I liked that it was close to shops and the station also the cinema it’s in a great location.

The first room smelt really bad thankfully we were moved to another room. The carpet was stained and dirty. It was a little complicated to work out how to access the room with codes ect. It’s harder for seniors.
