Close to Gion and good food. The apartment was spacious and clean. The manager was kind and responsive.
Beds were very uncomfortable and I had pain after sleeping in them. I recommend updating them.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at House Liz! The customer service and communication were top-notch; Sent a message through the booking app, and very quick to respond and went above and beyond by helping us organize our luggage shipping directly to Kyoto.The location is incredibly convenient, offering immediate access to the nearby train station, which made getting around the city a breeze. We were also pleasantly surprised by how spacious our room was much larger than average for the area! We will definitely stay here again.

very close to everything. Train station is just a few steps away. Very near supermarket, lawson and Hep Five mall. Famouse cafe Hannoc a few steps and a very yummy ramen place Ojisan is there too! The room is so big perfect for families.
Bed is a bit on a too firm side but still okay and hopefully more pillows :)
