Nice comfortable stay for our family of 5 with enough beds for us all to sleep in. We didn't need a fancy place to stay, only somewhere that would be clean, comfortable and convenient, with free parking and a good location. This place ticked all the boxes for us and we would definitely stay again.

L’emplacement proche de tous commerces et D’Umeda (train, métro…). Bon Wifi, et équipements plus que corrects pour être à 4. Le bruit du métro n’est pas trop gênant. Bâtiment bien entretenu.

Literie un peu dur. On mange sur les deux banquettes face à la table basse.

Close to Gion and good food. The apartment was spacious and clean. The manager was kind and responsive.

Beds were very uncomfortable and I had pain after sleeping in them. I recommend updating them.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at House Liz! The customer service and communication were top-notch; Sent a message through the booking app, and very quick to respond and went above and beyond by helping us organize our luggage shipping directly to Kyoto.The location is incredibly convenient, offering immediate access to the nearby train station, which made getting around the city a breeze. We were also pleasantly surprised by how spacious our room was much larger than average for the area! We will definitely stay here again.
