Beautiful location, helpful staff.

The customer service was incredibly helpful. We had some issues with our check-in but even in the middle of the night the staff was ready to help and solve our problems. The experience was positive and the room was very beautiful and cosy.

We heard some noise from rooms downstairs.

Horrible. Not advised.

For people travelling alone and, especially for business purpuse, this structure is a fraud. Horrible experience. When looking on booking it seems an hotel, but infact is more a private hosting situation. Once on site u have to be carefull to follow instructions to find your keys (seems escape room game) , no staff on site, nobody responding to phone calls, wc outside of the room not clear from room description and very difficult to find a uber service to go to the airport , very limited availbility of public transportations around.

I would not recommend this property for those who travel for business purposes.

The saloon is very generous.

The beds in the rooms are positioned on cross beams from wood. Those beams were used on railways and are covered with heating (heavy) oil which smells like an old train station. The internet and television are not working. The property (loft) consists of 2 rooms and 1 saloon. If you rent each room separately you'll pay less than renting the loft and you'll have access to the entire property. But most important, if you travel on business purposes please be advised that you will not receive any kind of invoice or receipt. I insisted more than 2 weeks to receive an invoice so this is going to be sorted out in court.

La facilité d’accès et la salle de bain était grande

Le logement était sale, il y avait encore des décorations romantiques sous le lit d’un précédent voyageur. La douche n’est pas nettoyée le carrelage est très sale. La chambre donne sur une route principale avec énormément de trafic et de bruit. Les fenêtres ne sont pas épaisses. On entend beaucoup l’extérieur.

de buurt is minder aangenaam hetgeen voor ons geen probleem was aangezien we enkel voor de nacht bleven. Toch nog een kwartier van de luchthaven

Bien, jusqu’au réveil…

- présence de punaises de lit : au matin, j’ai vu plusieurs punaises de lit. J’avais mon teeshirt blanc rempli de petites taches noires / rouges. De même sur le matelas et coussins. Et à cette heure ci je suis rempli de piqûres. Il ne s’agit pas du début de l’infestation dans le logement, vu le nb de piqûres et les punaises vues (que j’aurai du prendre en photo) Nous avons dû nettoyer tout nos vêtements à 60 degrés et sèche linge - nos valises…nous revenions de vacances que nous étions en train de prolonger - et nous nous retrouvons à faire des machines à laver, nettoyer notre voiture, bref un enfer. Nous n’avions jamais été confronté à ceci, mais je confirme qu’il est hyper important de vérifier avant de faire face a cette situation…nous croisons les doigts pour ne pas en avoir dans nos affaires…

Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einem sehr bequemen Bett und wunderschönem Badezimmer. Der Service ist super freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer sehr zügig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

De accommodatie was helaas erg stoffig en vies. Bij het openen van de kasten ontdekten we zelfs verrot fruit. De bank vertoonde vlekken en de jacuzzi was niet bruikbaar. Dit was vooraf niet gecommuniceerd. Bovendien functioneerde de kookplaat niet goed en waren de borden en glazen niet schoon verder deed de afstandsbediening van de tv niet goed.

la chambre était très spacieuse et confortable, la salle de bain très bien mais il manquait juste un rideau ou une porte entre la salle de bain et la chambre lorsque que l'on voyage en couple ça va.. mais ce jour là j'ai voyagé avec mon fils, donc au niveau intimité c'était un peu juste..

je n'ai pas apprécié la serrure de l'entrée de la chambre un peu moyen au niveau sécurité. la serrure de cette porte est une serrure de porte de chantier avec la même clef on peu je pense ouvrir les autres chambres avec la même clef. sinon RAS..

Erreur de casting

On peut porter au crédit de l'établissement son emplacement, la facilité d'accès, le parking.

Je n'ai pas réussi à comprendre le concept. Pas vraiment un hôtel, pas de personnel sur place, une boîte à clés. Une sorte de grande villa, en chantier, en tous cas dans la cour. La chambre 1A est accessible par un mauvais escalier, elle est spacieuse mais cet espace est consacré à une immense entrée dressing, à une grande salle de bain à la plomberie vacillante, et dépourvue de toilettes, qui sont dans le couloir. Le lit est quasiment au sol sur une large estrade, un tout petit bureau est encombré de machines à café. Rien pour poser le moindre sac, à proximité d'un aéroport, comme c'est étrange. Il y a une sorte de meuble à chaussures, quatre cases numérotées dont on se demande bien à quoi elles peuvent servir. Comme il n'y a personne sur place, l'endroit est à la merci de clients ou de voisins bruyants. Inquiet de ce constat, et devant prendre la route tôt le matin, j'ai choisi de quitter l'endroit après une nuit, au lieu de deux. Cela n'a pas ému la direction qui, le surlendemain matin, m'a envoyé un email pour m'offrir une heure de plus sur place et des croissants en compensation du bruit qu'il y a, en effet, eu. La porte laissée ouverte à mon départ, la clé dans la boîte, cela n'avait attiré l'attention de personne en 24 heures. Le sentiment d'avoir vraiment perdu de l'argent, car l'endroit, de plus, est trop cher. .

Un séjour inoubliable dans un lieu exceptionnel !

J’ai passé une nuit au Loft White Castle à Charleroi avec des amis et des copines, et tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. L’accueil a été chaleureux, attentionné, et on s’est sentis tout de suite à l’aise. Le loft est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et chaque détail est pensé pour offrir confort et bien-être. Les chambres sont spacieuses et superbes, les salles de bain sont modernes et impeccables. Le jacuzzi ajoute une touche de luxe et de détente vraiment appréciable. L’ambiance générale est cosy, agréable, et on sent qu’il y a une vraie âme dans cet endroit. Nous avons tous adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !
