It was very clean, had a great outdoorkitchen and Ms. Conchetta was super friendly. She didn‘t speak any english but with google translator it was no problem. Furthermore just be aware it‘s a shared bathroom, was no problem for us but keep it in mind when booking. We would come back any time!

The pool showed on the picture is no more. There is a nice outdoor seating area now.

Very nice room close to Viareggio Beach.

We had a beautiful stay there. The room was fantastic, large, and with private parking. We were allowed to use a large fridge in a common area.

The only thing: I think a shower curtain would be practical.

Tranquilli e coccolati

La Signora Concetta molto gentile e disponibile, camera bella e spaziosa, posto per parcheggiare all'interno della struttura e personalmente molto apprezzata la possibilità di potersi preparare una tazza di tè o un caffè. Il giardino molto bello e curato con la stagione invernale immagino bellissimo in primavera estate. Consigliato

Super consigliato! Pulitissimo e Proprietaria gentilissima! Sicuramente ci tornerei!

La proprietaria è gentile ed accogliente, fa volentieri due parole ed è sempre disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile della stanza, del bagno e degli spazi comuni (complimenti!) Zona ristoro utilissima e apprezzabile: possibilità di scaldare cibo nel microonde, caffè e thè a disposizione, posate, etc... Parcheggio interno gratuito Bellissimo giardino dove potersi rilassare

Non ho trovato pecche e non ho nulla da suggerire per migliorare la struttura. Unica nota utile per i futuri ospiti: la sera bisogna prendere la macchina per raggiungere la Marina di Torre del Lago anche se per pochi minuti di strada (sono pochi km)

Perfekt in jeder Hinsicht! Wunderschönes, sauberes Anwesen, nur 5 Minuten vom Meer. Die herzlichste Gastgeberin überhaupt – immer hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Große, gemütliche Zimmer und eine tolle Outdoor-Küche mit Kaffee und Tee. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen!

La Villa perfetta per una fuga Toscana

La nostra esperienza a Villa Concetta è stata semplicemente perfetta. Una vera oasi di tranquillità e bellezza, a pochi minuti in macchina dal mare. La villa è elegante, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni confort. Gli spazi sono ampi luminosi e soprattutto accoglienti. La pulizia impeccabile è l’arredamento raffinato hanno reso il soggiorno più piacevole. Il giardino ben tenuto perfetto per rilassarsi sull’amaca o prendere il sole sugli sdrai, di sera è anche bellissimo godersi la magnifica atmosfera di confort e poter ammirare il cielo stellato in piena tranquillità. A rendere ancora più piacevole il soggiorno è stato grazie alla magnifica accoglienza da parte di Concetta, è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Ci siamo sentiti davvero benvenuti. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie mille di tutto Concetta a presto!

La struttura è molto curata sia all’interno che all’esterno. Lenzuola e asciugamani pulitissimi. Il bagno era fornito e grande. La proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Dagli scuri della porta-finestra e dal velux passava la luce del giorno, per cui ci siamo svegliati presto.

Breve tappa in Versilia

Struttura immersa nel verde all’interno di una villa con patio e giardino, comprensiva di posto auto, molto comoda e accogliente. La host è simpaticissima e disponibile, ed anche se non è compresa nel prezzo, offre caffè, latte, biscotti e fette biscottate con croissant per fare colazione.

Un solo rimpianto: sarebbe stato bello rimanere più a lungo

Oltre alla location splendida ed accogliente la pace e la tranquillità che si trova è impagabile. Abbiamo avuto la netta sensazione di trovarci a casa nostra grazie alla gentilezza ed ospitalità della proprietaria la Sig.ra Concetta che ci ha accolto con grande generosità e disponibilità. Torneremo sicuramente per una durata maggiore: è veramente un posto bellissimo e rilassante. Ottima organizzazione e pulizia impeccabile. Imperdibile.

Proprietaria davvero simpatica e gentile, ci accolto in maniera eccezionale facendoci sentire a casa. Casa molto pulita e tenuta bene con tutto il necessario per un perfetto soggiorno. Il giardino incantevole, davvero tutto molto curato
