No guests allowed! Unfriendly and fells more like a 2 star motel with aggressive owners
Paola at the breakfast room was the savior, so nice to have a smiling face greet you with coffee and small talk. The garden is beautiful and lawns perfect
Rude owner, greeted with the first words accussing me of trying to sneak another person into sleeping at the hotel only because I got dropped off and was standing at the reception when checking in. Confrontational and told no guests are allowed in the room 'at this establishment' to help transfer bags or wash face before going for dinner. Left an extremely unwelcoming feeling. After the discussion, and unusual excuse that 'guests' can't be registered to enter both the husband and wife patrolled outside until late. Felt like a crimal. Next morning, confrontational again. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Lovely stay at Villa Rosy! Highly recommended!
It’s charming and the quadruple room was very comfortable for family of 4. Property and rooms are spotless. Close enough to the see and the guests at Villa Rosy have entrance at Bagno Lido, which is convenient. We loved the breakfast included in the rate. Laura and her staff are very welcoming and went over and above to accommodate us. Mille grazie Laura!!

Would not allow me to check in as arrived slightly later than planned, despite pre-warning them this might be the case and them accepting that it would be OK. Would not offer me a refund despite refusing me the room that I had already paid for.

The perfect position very close to the town center and to the main beaches, the wonderful green garden all around the main buildings. Our room had been recently renovated and accurately refurnished: perfect air conditioning. Staff always helpful and very caring.
