It was modern & generally clean & tidy.
The location was ideal & close to the local train station, so Leeds city centre is only about a 15 mins journey away.
The door lock access facility was tricky to fathom out. It also took a while to get the wall heaters working correctly

I didn’t manage to turn the lounge or bedroom radiators on so it was abit cold at first, as the windows are quite drafty but after awhile it warmed up and I realised the heater in the bathroom was where the heat was coming from so the apartment felt more warmer after awhile. I didn’t understand the 4 digit door code at first but I rang the host who quickly explained it and I was in within seconds.
There is a £150 damage deposit you’re told about after you actually book which needs sending aswel as photo ID which I wasn’t aware of when booking but I have stayed in hotels and apartments which do that too and you do understand why when you see how nicely they are decorated and furnished.

It looked really nice and stylish, the electric heaters were a nice touch especially for the cold and I loved the kitchen it was nice. The service was great got speedy replies and they forgot to stock the towels. I messaged the person who sent them straight away!
The couch wasn’t so comfy and then the WiFi wasn’t working. It was a little hard finding the property but I liked that it was a little desolate. Perfect to be in the middle of Bradford and Leeds.

I booked this place at really short notice less than a couple of hours . It was modern , clean comfortable . I couldn’t find any faults . The staff went above and beyond when I left a suit carrier behind they contacted me and I was able to collect it later on .

The stay was exceptional.
It is a 2 minute WALK from the train station, so easy to get to if you're travelling (good for an Leeds Bradford Airport stay)
The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. It is all key coded included the building entrance so no keys which is so handy! Even had toiletries for you to use.
Would absolutely stay here again and recommend the stay! ☺️
Just being next to the main road its quite loud with that but you know the location booking it.
The bins lid doesn't close and you don't want to smell whats in there.

DO NOT RISK BOOKING THIS APARTMENT
Didn’t manage to actually stay at the apartment as they cancelled at 5pm the day before we were due to check in with various different excuses. Turns out the owner of the apartments decided that he wanted to take some of them back and apparently this didn’t flag as an issue until it came time to sending the link out for the £150 damage deposit payment. The host couldn’t care less, passed it off to booking.com who also were an absolute nightmare to deal with. In the end I had to book another hotel myself and now I’m left chasing getting my money back for an apartment iv paid for but didn’t stay in. Do not take the risk and end up stuck like we were. Our friends did manage to stay in the apartment that they had booked and found out after a couple of hours of being there that there is a camera in the living room which wasn’t disclosed to them at any point so they are now just hoping that the camera wasn’t on but they will never know for sure. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else

The property itself is beautiful.
Appalling customer service. Demanding money day before arrival despite policy stating deposit to be paid on arrival. Demanding photo ID in the hands of the person to whom it belongs which is not stated anywhere in policies. These 2 things were demanded and we were told we would not be given any access information without these. On day of arrival they messaged to thank me for my stay and hope that it had been good!

You can not get in the apartments unless you call people on mobile numbers who then tell you that you must transfer money to them for the door codes this took 45 mins then when you get inside the apartments ate tatty the heating did not work amd things are not working there's damp in places and items just left undone not value for money at all.

Corridor stank of cigarettes and there was nothing we could do to rid the room of the smelling coming through the bathroom cupboard… have stayed here before in a different room and that was better.
No hairdryer and that had been advertised as included. Shower drain had a mass of hair in it- not clean.
To walk around the bed was quite a squeeze and we are both slim so anyone larger would have no chance!
TV volume appeared to disappear late at night and start again in the morning???
Would not stay here again and would not recommend…. The smell is awful

I did not like my experience with these guys as I had booked the room 4 days in advance paid for this online and then on the day I arrived at the property at 19:30 and called them to ask how I enter the property and they refused for me to enter the property as I had not paid the deposit and but wen I booked online nothing was mentioned about the deposit and when I offered to pay the deposit they refused to give me the room and also ate my money and did not even give me my refund so it was £72 wasted and didn’t even get a room never using these guys ever again
I didn’t like that I paid for a room and I didn’t even get to see the room as they wouldn’t let me access my room even tho I paid for this online

The location was convenient for trains into Leeds.
On first look the apartment appeared to look like the photos however once we removed our shoes our socks were soaking wet from walking on the bedroom carpet. This led to us noticing watermarks on the wall from a recent flood which seemed to have lifted the wooden flooring in places too.

Terrible experience – completely unreliable host!
I arrived to find out that the accommodation was fully booked, even though I had a confirmed reservation. The host never cancelled my booking, didn’t notify me, and left me stranded in the evening with nowhere to stay. To make things worse, they offered no help or alternative and showed no responsibility whatsoever.
It’s been days, and I still haven’t received a refund for the room I paid for in advance. This is not only unprofessional, it feels like a scam.
Avoid this place at all costs – the host is completely unreliable and untrustworthy.

The cleanliness, the standard of the fittings. Bed was extremely comfortable. Good quality bedding. Excellent bathroom with lovely shower and a bath. That was a bonus. Well equipped kitchen. Kitchen lounge diner fitted our needs perfectly
A few extra utensils if you wish to cook would have been nice but definitely didn't detract from the experience at all.

I liked the decor, the bed was comfortable.
Lots of wear and tear on things like the flooring and furniture, not clean. Had to call 3 times for assistance on how to actually check in. Instructions not as straight forward as it should of been. No mention of the £150 damage deposit on booking.com, was stood at the front door for around 20 minutes before I was given access due to ID and deposit (no issue with either, would of just like to of known via description on booking.com to save me from the cold). Hard for taxis to find and delivery drivers even with postcode and building name provided. Carpet in bedroom was filthy. Lots of visible scuffs and marks on the wall. No city view but was advertised as such. Stayed in room 7.

The property was immaculate the customer service with the host was great! I am recommending to everyone I know and will definitely be staying again I read some bad reviews and was anxious about this trip but took the risk and so glad I did. It was a surprise for my boyfriend and he loved it👌.

3 types of key codes to access the building. I was sent the link to pay the security deposit the morning of the booking - on the day I was travelling. Paid through the link whilst I was in my car outside the building, to get the access codes to the room. Once inside the whole place smelt like cigarette smoke (states no smoking) the apartment itself had such a strong smell of cannabis that I got in touch with the property Manager who replied that he wasn't aware of any smell. I then found a notice to all tenants stating that there is a strong smell of cannabis in the building!
I asked for a refund at this point to be offered a other room. Wrong access code initially sent and during this time I was approached by 2 men asking if I was ok. One of the men lived in the building. The other did not. The one who didn't was asking very personal questions and at one point asked to go inside my apartment. I felt so unsafe at one point due to the strange behaviour of this man that I had to phone my husband in Qatar to ensure I had someone on the phone to me. He advised me to leave the property and get in the car and leave. The company are refusing to refund and booking.com are useless. I am currently in the process of a chargeback through my credit card company.
If you like cannabis and feeling unsafe as a solo female traveller in a building where strange men know the access codes - then this place is for you. If not, then I definitely recommend a hotel.

Premium property that was well equipped and suited my needs. Quiet locale and a most comfortable bed allowed a restful sleep. Easy and effective communication with staff. The property was secure and available private parking was a big bonus.
I had problems getting the hot water running, but this allowed for a bracing and invigorating cold shower in the morning to wake me up. Unfortunately, I am not sure I had been able to wash the dishes properly without the hot water running.

Having stayed there before I knew it was handy for where I was working, cheap and clean and comfortable enough for a night. I knew as it all has codes to get in that what time I arrived made no difference. When I couldn’t figure out one of the locks there is a 24 hour number to call and the person who answered was friendly and helpful. Parking js free.
So a few things but appreciate at this price I shouldn’t be too fussy! But having stayed in the exact same apartment 6 months ago I could see that basic repairs had not been done in that time and some things were worse. I always take a video when I go there as there is a £150 damage deposit to pay and no one wants to be charged for the state things are in when high arrive. Oil stains on the walls of the kitchen, stains not rectified. I did get that back last time but as a solo traveller I felt very exposed that I had to supply this along with my ID and a photo of my face and passport before I got the check in info. It feels a bit edgy when other places don’t demand this. The multiple door codes and types of locks are a bit daunting. I can’t say I felt that safe there, but manageable for one night.
