Pleasant - though small and compact - Christmas stay.

Handy accommodation for an extended family Christmas. The host was friendly and helpful... the flat was warm, well equipped and clean.

It was very small and compact - even for just two people. Not a lot of room to move in that shower! The dark paint/ carpet and relatively low ceilings made it feel a tiny bit claustrophobic in the middle of winter - though I suspect in summer, when you can enjoy the lovely balcony view of the old mill, it might feel different!

Lovely getaway

Beautiful, quiet location close to all the shops and transport links. Bed was comfortable and most amenities were supplied. A lovely balcony view overlooking the entire complex.

Check in is not the smoothest. But the host will contact you and arrange to meet to pick up the keys. The apartment was very dusty, and proceeded to become more dusty over the 2 night stay. Unfortunately no hairdryer, bathroom was very hot and the shower was compact but passable. The main hob used for cooking doesn't get hot. So we needed to use the back hobs to cook.

It was lovely and quiet. Very homely.

The key hand over from the staff needs to improve. An hour and a half waiting in the cold to get keys isn't attractive. Better directions to the property, particular for people who are not locals would be great.

Excellent apartment, conveniently located.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location for Shipley, and surrounding towns/cities. Very comfortable apartment with excellent facilities and easy parking. Arrangements to get the keys were also straight forward. Very nice eatery in the complex too. I hope to stay here again when I'm next in the area.

Perfect accommodation for a break away

It was modern with everything you need. Adequate cooking facilities, dining area and comfy lounge area complete with netflix. Bedroom a good size and bathroom great with constant hot water. Heating was able to be set for your own comfort. Balcony with chairs and patio doors ideal for summer evenings. Restaurant/coffee bar on site. Grounds kept in immaculate condition.

Nothing to dislike about the property. Was a little confusing where to get keys from as a large complex
