The apartment is only a few minutes’ walk from the Shipley train station with easy access to Bradford & Leeds city centers. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, location and outdoor space and its ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
This stylish one bed apartment comes fully furnished with a king sized bed, wardrobe, dining table & chairs, a washer/dryer, a cooker oven and fully integrated fridge freezer.
Saltaire, a Victorian model village was built in 1851 by Sir Titus Salt, a leading industrialist in the Yorkshire woollen industry. Built by local architects Francis Lockwood and Richard Mawson, the name of the village is a combination of the founder’s name and the name of the river.
Designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in December 2001, the village is bursting with loads of exciting social events and places for guests to enjoy. There are leaflets and flyers in the apartment with information on places to eat or visit for guests.
Guests have full access to the whole apartment and the complex in general.
We operate a meet & greet service at this location, our guests would be required to let us know their estimated arrival time and contact number and a member of the team would make the necessary arrangements to meet them on arrival to grant them access.
There is 3 hours free parking at the property upon arrival but guests would be required to either register to park using the Ringo online app (location number 63352) our find alternative parking close to the development (further information can be found in the guidebook).

The apartment is a 5 - 10 minutes walk away from the local train station and the city center. Calling cards for local cab companies are also readily available both in the apartment or the gate house.
In order to ensure guests don't have to pay for parking during their stay, they would need to provide vehicle registration details ahead of their arrival date to ensure that their vehicles are registered with the car park management company.
