The beds were bad. The reception on Saturday morning sent me through the nature reserve to get to park run instead of through the back gate that I meant of afterwards as the trail through the nature trail was closed & the receptionist didn’t know to advise.

Good location. Staff very attentive. Room clean and comfortable

Corridor at times was a little noisy for the 2nd bedroom. Not too bad.

Location had beautiful views. The cleaning service was quick, and did an excellent job. The food was good and the amenities around the property were kept clean. There was always some activity provided for the adults and the kids. The reception is open 24/7 so that felt safe having someone around all the time. There can be noisy areas of the property but it is a holiday spot frequented by families, and the kids are always entertained.

It was unsettling to see the door frame to the unit had been damaged around the lock area. The whole lock section could be seen from the inside. The restaurant staff that was managing the payments were frequently sought out for overcharging the guests. Many guests had complained about this, so it was recommended to check receipts and keeping them to avoid this issue. I'm thankful that the wait staff hinted this to me at the very beginning of our stay.

The location is very good, including undercover parking at a fair price. The kitchen is well set up. The location is very good.

The variety on the menu in the restaurant and the relatively early closing time. The main room mattress was in a poor condition, the main room cupboard sliding doors did not move properly and one of the dining room chairs seat support has started to fail. The cleaning chemicals left a very strong chlorine smell and the dishwashing detergent was useless. The cleaner was very thorough. There were signs of mould/dirt around the kitchen sink. There were old watermarks on the highlight paint and general signs of ageing
