Was a very beautifully done apartment, neat and tidy and had many appliances available

It was extremely noisy had to phone reception twice about Neighbours playing extremely loud music and partying on the first evening being there. Was enjoying a relaxing massage at the spa with my family only to be half dressed after the massage and 3 ladies crashing into our room, my daughter was not even dressed and very embarrassed being a teenager. They were so ad emend to sell products to us that it left an unpleasant taste, and we were so uncomfortable because of the fact that they could not wait until we were fully dressed before barging into the room without knocking.
