Ottima posizione, appartamento situato in zona tranquilla, adatta alle famiglie con bambini (per la sua vicinanza al lungomare, al parco giochi e all'acquario) e comodo a tutti i servizi (trasporto con metro o taxi, ristoranti, rosticceria o negozi). Servizio colazione compreso nel bar a sue passi. Appartamento pulito, silenzioso e ben attrezzato. Comodo l'accesso alla struttura con codice.

It was unique being in palazzo with a central courtyard. Massimo was very kind and helpful.
Occasionally the building holds events which can be loud and went late. We were not informed beforehand.

Very well situated, spacious and clean, right beside loads of restaurants and nightlife, yet apartment very quiet (apart from below). Very helpful manager, with frequent contact.. Peaceful terrace
They should have warned us about event venue which is part of the property. There was loud music until late (midnight to 1am) four of the seven nights we were there. Presumably October is one of the worst months for functions, it might be ok in summer months. I would have given a 10 rating apart from this.
