Urban Beach Shack - Steps to Grange Beach & Café

The location is somewhat great, close to beach and local cafe and restaurants. It over was also very clean. And the facility was great with the option to stream on the tv and all things need to cook in the kitchen.

The hot water service was a hit and miss. Yet we had hot water and we understand the instructions that was given there were times there was no hot water and I recommended getting this checked out as it seemed it may be on a timer for certain days. Also it was a little loud, being on a corner of a main road which made sleeping for our toddler harder. Although everything was clean the coffee machine seemed to have not been rinsed for while and needs a deep clean.

Staff doesn't know where exactly car bay is located THEY ARE MARKED WITH NUMBERS Ive asked this repeatedly did not get appropriate descyparked on wrong bay Photo only on demand, still wrong description! But the worst were the standard 80 cm fridges WITH NO FREEZER SPACE ( couldn't fit a tub of ice ream!) Looked like from side of road, totally frozen useless. They offered 50 AUD less then 5% on this issue We came with shopping had to throw lots out. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! BUY A BLOODY USED FRIDGE FREEZER - OH WAIT YOU MIGHT LOOSE 20/ DOLLARS

The instructions to the actual property were not clear and arriving after dark needs more lighting.
