About this apartment rental

Laid-back and inviting, this coastal retreat blends beach shack charm with modern comfort, set within a quiet European village feel in a boutique building of only four units. The open-plan living area is designed for connection and relaxation, with a five-seater L-shaped sofa, coffee table, buffet, and a TV with Netflix, Apple TV and a DVD player.

The dining area, with seating for six, opens into a bright white kitchen fitted with gas cooking, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, all essential amenities, and a bar fridge (no freezer). Start your morning with coffee and croissants from the bakery across the street, then end the day with a shared meal at home or dinner in one of the nearby restaurants. Extending the living outdoors, two private courtyards capture the coastal lifestyle—gather for long lunches at the six-seater alfresco table or unwind in the front nook with a quiet afternoon drink.

Both bedrooms reflect the relaxed styling with crisp linens, soft textures and calming artwork. The main room offers a queen bed and mirrored wardrobe, while the second can be configured as a king or twin singles on request, ensuring flexibility for groups. The bathroom is fresh and functional, with a shower-over-bath, vanity storage, hair dryer and heat lamps for cooler mornings. A separate laundry, accessed with its own key, provides a washer, dryer, sink, ironing board and cleaning amenities, making longer stays effortless.

An assigned parking space is available for smaller vehicles, while larger cars may prefer nearby street parking to avoid inconvenience. Families are well catered for with thoughtful touches like kids’ books and beach toys. Year-round comfort is ensured with split system air conditioning and heating in the living area and both bedrooms.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
