About this house rental

Sapphire by the Sea welcomes you with its bright and airy ambience. Soft neutrals, warm timber accents and generous windows create a calm beachside atmosphere where mornings unfold slowly and evenings wind down with ease.

The living area invites relaxed downtime, with a comfortable sofa and woven armchairs positioned beside wide windows that frame leafy neighbourhood views. Just beyond, the kitchen pairs crisp cabinetry with generous bench space, making meal preparation easy, while the gas cooktop, oven, fridge and everyday cookware ensure everything is on hand for simple breakfasts or relaxed dinners. The adjoining dining area gathers everyone around a four-seat table—perfect for slow mornings or sharing a bottle of wine after a day by the coast.

Sliding doors open to a private courtyard where outdoor living takes centre stage. A picnic-style dining table, BBQ and casual seating create an inviting alfresco setting for long lunches, evening grilling or unwinding in the sea breeze drifting in from nearby Grange Beach.

Both bedrooms offer comfortable, restful retreats. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, split-system cooling and generous wardrobe storage, creating a calm space to recharge. The second bedroom offers two single beds that can be arranged together if preferred, with relaxed coastal touches that make it welcoming for adults or children alike. The bathroom combines practicality with comfort, offering a shower, bathtub and vanity for refreshing after beach days or long seaside walks, while a separate toilet adds extra convenience.

A dedicated laundry with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board makes longer stays effortless. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi ensure year-round comfort, while on-site parking adds further ease for those planning to explore Adelaide and the surrounding regions by car.

This is a private townhouse all to yourself and you won`t be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway. Street parking may be available for additional vehicles.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
