Africa Safari Serengeti Ikoma Camping

The staff is really great. Each and everyone are kind and their smile is so sweet. Very welcoming staff.

There was an additional tax which was not mentioned while I was booking. The staff tried to explain and resolve it but still it was bit unclear and dissatisfying.

Geweldige plek om te verblijven wanneer je de Serengeti bezoekt. We hebben genoten van de omgeving, het zwembad en het eten. Vriendelijke staff en security die ervoor zorgen dat je 's nachts veilig naar de wc kan!

De tent die wij hadden geboekt was iets kleiner dan verwacht.

Room was clean and spacious

It was extremely expensive for an out-dated camping site and tent. Wasn't worth the value.

The location

The torch which was given for emergency wasn’t working. It was raining and I had to call the staff in the middle of the night but no one responded. It was scary to go alone when no one is nearby (not even the camps near to you had guests). The service was worst in entire Tanzania trip. During breakfast and dinner buffet, the food was finished and they didn’t even bother to refill it . I had to again and again tell them to please refill. They had no water in the buffet which is very important. We had to buy bottles. What’s the use of taking buffet and paying so much money then.
