This is a lovely, very well-equipped house in a quiet part of the village of Gharb, with great views from the roof terrace and a little suntrap of a courtyard where the pool is situated. Anthony was very helpful (he came within a few minutes to sort out a very minor issue), and the hamper of foodstuffs (and wine!) was very welcome - always a lovely touch from a friendly host.
The house is very homely, with just about everything that could be needed (plenty of pans, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, blankets, towels, cleaning stuff, etc. which some rental properties skimp on a little - it was great to find everything we needed) - and also beautifully built, with ornate touches of stonework (Anthony is a stonemason himself).
The pool will be lovely on a hot summer's day, and the roof terrace too - sadly, as our visit was during a rather windy week in March, we couldn't benefit so much from them! Again because it was March, we had to go further afield to eat out (the restaurant/bar near the village square was closed during the off-season), but the bus stop is a minute's walk from the house and the hourly bus takes you to Victoria in less than 10 minutes - plenty of places to eat/drink, and of course frequent buses to everywhere else on the island. The shop 10 minutes walk away on the square in Gharb has a good variety of products (closed Sunday and around lunchtime), and there's also a bigger Lighthouse supermarket about 20 minutes walk away which is open all day including Sunday (near the Dbiegi craft village).
If I have to mention anything, the house was rather cold at night - but it's a stone house and it was March, so this won't be a surprise! I imagine it will rather be a bonus during the hotter months, so is not really a :( point - and there were plenty of extra blankets for us to use if needed, and air conditioning for the summer too.

Curata nei minimi dettagli, c'era tutto il necessario dall'ombrellone al succo di frutta lasciato in frigo per noi insieme ad altro cibo.
È una casa arredata con amore e si vede!
