The view is breathtaking, apartment is ok for a short stay
The kids bedroom would be safer with an AC rather than a ceiling fan, considering there are bunk beds exactly near the ceiling fan. Although a precaution message is sent in advance of the stay to avoid sleeping on top of the bunkbed if switching on the fan, however in Summer it gets too hot not to switch on the fan. So just a suggestion.
