Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und ein eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind in 5-10Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Lage zwischen Utrecht und Amsterdamm ist super. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist unkompliziert und der Kontakt zuvorkommend.
Für uns mit 5 Personen war die Raumaufteilung schwierig, auch weil z.B der Weg auf die Toilette nachts nicht möglich ist, ohne alle Anderen zu wecken. (Es sind auch nicht wirklich 2 getrennte Schlafräume) Die Schlafcouch war kein erholsamer Schlafplatz. Außenbereich: Sicherheit ist ja schön und gut, aber ich persönlich finde mich eine wenig überwacht, wenn an jeder Ecke außen eine Kamera hängt und nur die Vorhänge den Blick der Kamera in die Wohnung verhindern.
