EuroParcs Poort van Amsterdam

The parc is beautiful with plenty to see and play in the water. There was a small animal farm for the kids and bouncing pillows.

The mini market opening hours were late and there was no nowhere to have morning coffee. The accommodation was good however it didn't feel clean with lots of bugs inside and the smell was stale. We didn't have the usual amenities towels, shampoo etc that was an extra €10 pp.

The location is very pretty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility has a laundry - pay per use that was helpful.

The property floors were dirty, the lights were hard to operate (turn on and off) - the back decking over the water requires maintenance, and some of the stair mats were lose.

Beautiful houses. A good place to stay with family.

I didn’t like the experience because I was moved to different apartments due to a blocked sewer. That day I had been travelling and returned late, I was tired and still had to move to another apartment. I didn’t get part of my deposit back, most likely because I didn’t remove the bed linen and didn’t take out the trash bag. I simply didn’t know that it had to be taken out. I left the other house exactly as I found it. Maybe €40 is not a lot, but if you take it from everyone for such a reason, then I’m sorry. I’m a photographer and I took some beautiful photos of your houses. I wanted to share them, but I won’t do that.

Excellent location, and beautiful throughout

Rear garden furniture and deck not at all maintained, not worth the money paid. Check out expectations aren’t in line with global standards in terms of guests having to clean up everything. At this price, that is not what customers do
