Très propre, y’avait ce qu’il faut là où il faut. On a beaucoup aimé le balcon avec petite table et chaise pour prendre le petit déjeuné tranquillement . Immeuble de 3 étages avec ascenseur ce qui était très confortable. Le personnel trop sympa réactif et arrangeant communication très fluide réponse rapide.

On reviendra avec grand grand plaisir, Le parking grand et sécurisé c’est un plus plus qu’on a apprécié pour ce logement .

Unfortunately, our experience was rather disappointing, particularly considering the price of the apartment and the very strict procedures imposed on guests. We paid €398 for two nights for three people, presented on Booking.com as a last-minute discount from over €600. I also found the same apartment on other platforms for over €500 for the same stay. Therefore, even at €398, we expected a high standard of accommodation. However, we found several cleanliness and maintenance issues: one towel was extremely worn, with frayed edges and holes; the duvet on the sofa bed had a clearly visible stain; and one glass shower door had partially come off its track and was not properly secured. I reported these issues to the management and, at their request, sent photographs via WhatsApp. However, I received no further feedback or indication that any action had been taken before check-out. What was particularly frustrating was the contrast between the very strict requirements imposed on guests and the condition of the apartment. Check-in requires extensive personal information, a contract and acceptance of numerous rules. Check-out is strictly at 11:00, luggage cannot be left in the apartment, guests must take the rubbish downstairs themselves and are responsible for returning the keys as instructed. This was particularly surprising considering that a €60 cleaning fee was charged, for an apartment that was not impeccably clean upon arrival. I have no problem following reasonable house rules, but there should be a reasonable balance between what is expected from guests and the service provided. The management was polite, but unfortunately the actual experience did not match the level of attention to detail expected from guests. Overall, I would not choose this property again and would recommend reviewing the condition of the towels and bedding, bathroom maintenance, and the balance between guest responsibilities and the cleaning fee.
