+ Spacious, well climatized seafront apartment, nice view + Good location, not too central, not too peripheric + Many shops and eateries within a few blocks + Right opposite Hotel Makedonia which hosts many conferences + Reserved parking under the building
- Mosquitoes happen, esp. if you leave the rear side balcony doors open. maybe provide plug-in repellers - Wifi signal does not reach the bedrooms due to the size of the flat. This might be easily solved with a range extender - Advice on where to park arrived a bit last minute, so at first we parked in a wrong place which led to a minor conflict with a resident. Maybe add this info also on the printed info sheet that is inside the flat.
