The apartment was nicely decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making a great first impression. The overall layout was comfortable and the apartment has a lot of potential.

Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the apartment. As we were traveling with our two young children, this was a significant issue for us. We contacted the host, who suggested opening the windows to air out the apartment, but this did not solve the problem. We had expected the apartment to be smoke-free. Although there were four TVs in the apartment, the Samsung TV in the living room did not have the correct remote control, making it impossible to use properly. We informed the host, who suggested that we either use another TV or change the channels manually on the television. We did not find this to be a practical solution. Another downside was the elevator, which felt very old and did not seem particularly safe to use. Overall, we would have appreciated a more considerate response from the host. A simple apology would have gone a long way in resolving the situation, as we felt our concerns were not taken seriously.
