Spacieux, literie très confortable et propre. Supermarché juste en face. Chambres calmes, exposées côté cour. Linge de toilette fourni en quantité. Quartier calme. Climatisation.
Impossible de faire fonctionner le four, hotte aspirante encrassée, lustre de la cuisine poussiéreux.

The location was perfect for visiting downtown Montreal and having a supermarket across the road was very convenient.

The location is very conveniently across from a grocery store and bike rental, and within walking distance of the mural festival and avenue Mont Real. The apartment is quiet. The kitchen has a kettle for making tea, which is very helpful.
It's about a 12 minute walk to the nearest metro, which is less convenient for getting downtown. The bedrooms don't have convenient places to plug in/charge electronics near the bed. These are both extremely minor points that didn't detract from my rating.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet.
In der Straße vor der Haustür lag verstreut Müll herum. Der Treppenaufgang war schäbig und insgesamt machte das Gebäude von außen einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Der Innenhof ist verdreckt, so dass man nicht das Fenster öffnen möchte.
