While I rented the property, my son, his wife and 2 7-year old twins stayed here. They liked it very much, since it is close to our flat and Meads is a quintessentially English village on the edge of Eastbourne.
The communication with the renting agent was outstanding and retrieving the keys was a lot easier than some other experiences we've had.
It's a little expensive - I was paying - but the proximity to the sea, shops and town makes it worthwhile, as does the lovely back garden.
They certainly plan to return to this property - perhaps next time they will pay!
The only issue my son reported was there did not seem to be a microwave. Perhaps they could not find it, but otherwise the property was excellent.
