I love the location, as it was walking distance to Eastbourne pier and a short driving distance to Beachy head and Seaford beach.
The communication was not the best. A couple of my questions went unanswered.

THIS IS IN A LOCATION THAT MAKES IT ACCEDSSABLE AND 5 MINS FROM THE STATION IT IS DECORATED TO A HIGH STANDARD AND WE ARE INTENDING TO BOOK AGAIN FOR NEXT YEAR
THE ONLY 2 ISSUES WERE THE DOWNSTAIRS BED WAS A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE AND THE FENCE PANELS RATTLED IN THE WIND - DROP A COUPLE OF WEDGES IN THEM TO FIX THIS - THESE ARE VERY MINOR ISSUES THE WHOLE PROPERTY WAS AMAZINF WITH MANY NICE LITTLE DETAILS

This is a nice compact property within easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants and the shopping centre.
There is excellent parking off street which is great given the location.
It is very quiet and has a little bit of outdoor space which is handy. All the
Over all it’s a good base for a weekend away if you are looking for a central base.
For a property sleeping 5 it is a bit tight with only three seats in the front room and only one toilet/bathroom.

Parking space- wonderful to have in Eastbourne
We didn't have any hot water. Called the letting agent-Chesters- they said they would talk to their maintenance man, but never heard any more. We had to boil the kettle to give us water to wash in.
Very unhappy about this as we had a funeral to attend on Monday morning.
No information in cottage guidebook about the hot water or the heating.
