Unbeatable location. Convenient and large apartment. Host was very helpful and friendly. Easy communication with him. The apartment had everything, from a washing machine to a coffee maker. We stayed 4 nights. Localización inmejorable. Cómodo y muy espacioso. El dueño del apartamento fue muy amable y agradable con nosotros. Muy sencillo comunicar con él. El apartamento tenía todo lo que se necesita, desde lavadora, cafetera…etc. Nos alojamos 4 noches.

The apartment was the owners own home that was rented while out-of-town (or simply somewhere else). While this could be the norm for other rental platforms where people rent spare rooms or so, it is not the norm for booking.com and this should have been transparently communicated in the add. We were not aware, it is nowhere mentioned in the ad and it felt like we were staying in a strangers home, among his personal belongings and his own personal things. From the pictures, we indeed expected some personal things like books and so, but it really felt like we were staying in someone’s home who just left for the weekend. El piso es la casa actual del dueño, que la alquila cuando está fuera. Es la primera vez que nos encontramos esto en Booking.com, y no se menciona en ningún lugar del anuncio. Se debería especificar, porque no es como si hubiera algunas cosas en la estantería, más bien es como si alguien te deja su casa para pasar un fin de semana.

La ubicación

Casa particular compartida. No es un apartamento de vacaciones al uso. Lleno de cacharros y muebles sin sentido. La limpieza no sólo es suelo limpio, también las sartenes, etc.
