Beautiful apartment located in the north of the island. The property features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room and kitchen area, fully equipped with all the amenities you may need for everyday living. The location is fantastic — simply cross the road and you’re at the beach. Downstairs, you’ll find a lovely pastry and coffee shop, and just a few steps further, you can enjoy loads of restaurants and shops. A five-minute stroll will also take you to the Arenas Shopping Centre, making everything you need easily accessible.

The apartment is wonderfully presented and located in a wonderful part of a truly outstanding island. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. There were, however, a few minor maintenance issues that could benefit from some attention, such as a few light bulbs not working and some chairs showing signs of damage. These are relatively small details and easy to overlook, but they do make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience. With just a little extra care and a few simple repairs or replacements, this already lovely apartment could feel even more exceptional for future guests.

Apartment is spacious with two bathrooms which is a plus when traveling with family. Location is perfect, close to shops and almost on the beach. We would come back again

It would benefit from some modernisation (painting walls, replacing fridge ets) but nothing major. There was some work done on building nearby and there is a garage across the road so you could hear some work sounds in the morning but I wasn't expecting quiet in the city.

The location of the property.

Old kitchen, old utensils, rooms are very small and not similar to pictures. VERY HOT, old ventilator in the living room but with a really uncomfortable sound. There was very loud work around the building, sleeping is impossible and so is resting.
