Posizione eccezionale, pressochè direttamente sulla spiaggia ed ad un paio di tiri di sasso dall'Auditorio Alfredo Kraus. Non mancano nelle vicinanze buoni ristoranti, un centro commerciale e persino un noleggio surf. Consigliatissimo se dovete seguire qualche evento all'Auditorio, godendovi qualche tuffo a mare di tanto in tanto. Gli armadi della camera principale sono eccezionalmente spaziosi, e la vista sul mare è ottima.
La casa è molto sporca: terra sul pavimento in tutte le stanze (e non solo dietro i mobili), peli nel bagno, cucina incrostata, un asciugamano lercio abbandonato dai precedenti ospiti. Vari strumenti da cucina (es: il bollitore per scaldare l'acqua) sono rotti o del tutto assenti (cucina sporca + assenza di spugna con cui pulirla è stata una combinazione particolarmente frustrante). Non abbiamo mai incontrato il proprietario: l'unica volta in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno è stato all'arrivo (avevamo frainteso delle indicazioni -mea culpa- e non sapevamo quale fosse il nostro appartamento) la risposta è arrivata mezz'ora in ritardo.
