The apartment is conveniently located near the train station and situated in a neighborhood with better security compared to the Centro Storico area. Located on the ground floor, the apartment offers an extremely spacious interior, including a very large bedroom. The bathroom is clean and well maintained.
The property is located on the ground floor and is the only occupied unit on that level, which results in frequent foot traffic near the entrance. Sound insulation in common areas is inadequate, although the bedroom itself is well insulated. In addition, the main entrance is secured only by a simple keypad lock, which caused a noticeable lack of security at night. An additional physical lock on the inside would significantly improve safety.
The apartment is equipped with multiple heaters in different areas; however, operating more than two heaters at the same time caused the power to trip. As the main electrical panel is located inside the laundry room, it took a considerable amount of time to identify the issue and restore the electricity.

Appartement grand et assez bien placé (20mn à pied du centre historique).
Appartement pas du tout lumineux, mal isolé au rez-de-chaussée, et sans équipement pour cuisiner (pas de poêle ou casserole, pas de micro-onde, pas de bouilloire). Propreté OK mais pourrait être mieux. Horaire de départ à 9h30 peu arrangeant.
