Sky-Terrace in Central Station, 3 bedrooms

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ und half mit vielen interessanten Tipps für den Aufenthalt.

appartement trop encombré d'objets de décoration. Pas d'endroit pour ranger les courses pas d'équipement pour faire la cuisine uniquement des ustensiles de dînette. Difficile de faire des repas pour 6 personnes. Il suffirait de mettre une grande poêle une grande casserole et un micro onde pour que ce soit parfait. Quartier pas très sur mais très prés de la gare.

Lejligheden var ren, rummelig og perfekt til 4 personer med gode soveværelser. Tagterrassen var fantastisk og et virkelig hyggeligt sted at slappe af efter en dag i Napoli. Beliggenheden tæt på centralstationen gjorde det nemt at komme rundt til både centrum, Pompeji og andre seværdigheder. Værten var også meget venlig, sød og hjælpsom under hele opholdet 🫶🏼

Der var ikke noget væsentligt at klage over. Området omkring stationen kan være lidt livligt og støjende, men det er meget normalt for centrale dele af Napoli.

The location of the apartment met with our needs. It was close to the airport bus station, close to the metro to get to the ferry. The size of the apartment was also good for 5 of us.

We had a very odd experience with this property. At arrival, our host has not provided guidance how to find the apartment in the building, so first we went to the wrong wing. Make sure you use the second elevator at the back of the building. Also, she have not informed us before arrival that the elevator is working free on Saturday and Sunday but we have to pay on week days (5 cent per ride). When we arrive, one of the rooms was closed as our host thought 2 rooms for 5 of us with 3 teenagers will be more than enough. She said it would be too much cleaning for her to open the third room. Finally, she agreed that we can use the third room if we make all the dishwashing before check out, give water to her plants and collect the waste. So, I wonder why we then paid almost EUR 600 for 3 nights? The apartment itself was good during our stay but two things you should know: 1. there is no lid on the toilet in any of the bathrooms, 2. there is not enough cutlery for the entire family. At check out, an other unpleasant surprise came when our host hold back EUR 5 from our deposit to cover the cleaning of the third room although we kept the apartment tidy. We are frequent travellers and always use booking.com, but we have never had similar experience before with any properties. Taking in consideration the amount we paid for the apartment, EUR 5 was insignificant and we paid but still we left the property with a very bad impression and I think the host was really unfair advertising her apartment with 3 bedroom if you have to pay extra at the end.
