How clean and felt like home
How i couldn't extend my stay in the exact apartment I had booked and how hard it was to figure out how to book another apartment in same building, and I didn't like how there was no help, hell was very limited and confusing to figure out.

Location is good and the place is clean with nice view
The kitchen facilities should be more and the towels is old and quality for one person.

The place was clean and nice, although I was only there for one night and had to book it last minute due to an unforeseen change in plans. The view was great, and it definitely was centrally located close to the train station and both Kitchener and Waterloo. There is also a hot tub and jet pool available on the second floor.
There was a $79 "cleaning fee" that should have been included up front with the price. It was a bit of a shocker to see that charge after I could no longer get a refund. Also, there some issues getting the keys to the place, as that was less straightforward than I would have liked and required multiple long distance phone calls, waiting for the concierge, and generally took over an hour just to get in.
